Data deletion

Last updated 8 November 2026. Matriarch Solutions Inc. Reach 1.0, adapted from TheOne policy version 1.3.0 (27 October 2026).

This page lists every way to delete the data Reach holds about you, and lets you check a deletion request Facebook or Instagram sent us. It follows the Privacy Policy at https://reach-usa.com/privacy/, sections 5, 6 and 11.

Check a deletion request

1. Disconnect one account in Reach

In Reach, open Dashboard, Connect (or the channel's own page), pick the account and choose Disconnect. Reach removes its access on the platform where the platform allows that and deletes the access tokens at once. Scheduled posts pause and are not deleted.

Past analytics from that account are deleted when you ask us at [email protected].

2. Remove Reach on the platform itself

You can also take Reach's access away from the platform's side. Reach notices on its next call, marks the connection disconnected and deletes the tokens. The menu names below are where each platform keeps them today; platforms move them now and then.

PlatformWhere to remove Reach
FacebookSettings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. Facebook then sends us a data deletion request (section 3)
InstagramSettings, Apps and websites (or Website permissions). Instagram then sends us a data deletion request (section 3)
Google and YouTubehttps://myaccount.google.com/permissions
TikTokSettings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services permissions
LinkedInSettings, Data privacy, Permitted services
XSettings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps

3. Facebook and Instagram deletion requests

When you remove Reach in Facebook or Instagram and ask for your data to be deleted, Meta sends Reach a signed data deletion request. Reach checks the signature, then at once deletes every connection, access token and connected Page or Instagram account it holds for that Facebook user, and records a confirmation code.

Meta shows you the confirmation code and a link to this page, in the form reach-usa.com/data-deletion/?code=YOURCODE. Open the link, or paste the code below, to see the status. Requests are due within 30 days, and Reach completes them at once.

4. Google data and Connect Vault keys

In Reach, open Settings, Connect Vault. Disconnect Google revokes Reach's access at Google and deletes the Google tokens at once. Remove deletes a saved key and its encrypted copy at once. Both need a Google Authenticator code from the workspace owner.

Reach deletes the Google data it stored within 30 days after you remove access, and within 7 days when you ask us at [email protected].

5. Delete a workspace

The workspace owner can delete a workspace in Reach (Manage workspace or Settings, Workspaces, Delete workspace) by typing its name. At once, the workspace disappears for its members, its API keys, invitations and share links stop working, scheduled posts pause, and its Connect Vault is erased. The rest is purged when you ask us at [email protected], or by Reach's retention process.

6. Delete your Reach account and everything about you

Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Reach account". Tell us whether you also want the workspaces you own deleted. You do not need a Reach account to ask; if Reach holds your data because someone else connected or uploaded it, write to the same address.

We will ask you to verify your identity in proportion to the request, and we respond within one month. It is free.

7. What we keep after deletion

Tax and invoice records, because the law says so. An audit record of the deletion itself, and the record of a platform's deletion request with its confirmation code, because a deletion you cannot evidence is a deletion you cannot prove. Aggregated statistics, because they are no longer about you. Anything under an open claim, investigation or preservation order, until it is resolved.
